The only company I know of in the US, where you can a Dr. to write On an RX paper that you need it, and get it paid for as medical equipment. In my experience, it is similar to other products(Coolibar, etc.) and still needs a layer under it for my kids. Darker colors are better. We like the hooded tshirts.

If you're really planning on heading to the beach or going out on the water, you'll want to have on sun protective swimwear, as well as appropriate sunscreen. And don't worry - you can look great in this swim apparel.
