Light Conversations

It's quite simple really. (Print this page out first though )

1 - First go back to the Forum directory screen. (You can do this by clicking the logo in the top left corner of the screen.)

2 - Now you should see a symbol and the word "Register" on the right hand side of the block of blue writing just below the forum title. Click this.

3 - You will be presented with a form on which you enter your details. It is self explanatory, and you only need to fill in the asterisked (*) mandatory fields if you want.

4 - The first item is your username (which can be anything you wish, and will be how others see you.)

5 - The next item is your password.

6 - Now scroll down the page entering what information you want to. NOTE: Partway down the page there is an option to always show your email address. If 'No' is selected (default selection) then your e-mail will only be available to registered members. This means non-registered members CANNOT contact you.
If 'Yes' is selected, then ANYONE can get your e-mail address.

7 - Eventually you will reach the Avatar and signature sections. See here for a simple how to, or simply leave it blank and return to it later.

8 - When you have finished you will be at the bottom of the form and you can select "Submit" to complete the process.

9 - This will automatically send an email to the address you speicified during the sign-up process.

NOTE: Some addresses (such as AOL and Hotmail) may identify emails from Light Conversations as <SPAM> and not accept them. If you don't receive an email from us within 24hrs, please contact me on c17kmj@gmail.com and we'll discuss the alternatives.

10 - Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.

IF A NEW ACCOUNT IS NOT ACTIVATED WITHIN 1 MONTH, IT WILL BE DELETED.

In the meantime though you can still view the Public forum.
